Litigation Hold- Automated the creation and distribution of Litigation Hold notices, allowing paralegals and attorneys to greatly reduce the time required to create unique hold notices, automatically store and act as system of record for those under litigation hold, and track and report on litigation holds over time.

Data Subject Access dispositioning - Facilitated the offer and acceptance of Data Subject requests, with a ticketing and project management back-end to ensure that the requests were dispositioned under regulatory SLAs.

Responsible Disclosure - Process to allow internet-based security researchers to report on discovered vulnerabilities.

Request for Proposal - Created program to document requirements, schedule participants, obtain responses and proposals, create weighted scoring, conduct scoring exercises, and publish responses with dashboards, Excel reporting, and Microsoft Word reporting.

Project Manager - Built end-to-end project management solution with risk assessments, automated reminders and notifications, workflows, dashboards and reporting.
