Litigation Hold- Automated the creation and distribution of Litigation Hold notices, allowing paralegals and attorneys to greatly reduce the time required to create unique hold notices, automatically store and act as system of record for those under litigation hold, and track and report on litigation holds over time.

Data Subject Access dispositioning - Facilitated the offer and acceptance of Data Subject requests over the internet, with a ticketing and project management back-end to ensure that the requests were dispositioned under regulatory SLAs.

Responsible Disclosure - Allowed internet-based security researchers to report on discovered vulnerabilities without paying for bug bounty programs.
